Full sign across the building maybe says “Freeway Works, Inc.” Also: “OFFICIAL INSPECTION STATION”

Definitely two eras of signage here. I thought “Freeway” was in reference to the laundromat chain, but I could be wrong.

UPDATE: As of May 2019, the building has been painted and these layers of signs are gone.
